It was absolutely a wonderful experience working with Alyssa Webb in finding my new home in Billings! She is knowledgeable, professional, and all around fun to work with. She was on top of the myriad of details that go with finding and purchasing a home, was super organized about upcoming deadlines, and went above and beyond on getting things done. The whole process of finding and purchasing my new home was a pleasure!

Alyssa has been an absolute blessing to our family! Even before we made a 1,000-mile move to Billings, Alyssa generously gave her time to help us learn about Billings and plan a trip to look around and check out different neighborhoods and local businesses to get an impression of the city. Once we were able to move our family and begin looking at homes, she was so supportive and knowledgeable about the home-buying process, pointing out crucial details of the homes we looked at and quickly offering solutions. She fully explained every situation that arose during the escrow process, advocated for us, and brought us peace of mind. Alyssa is an experienced and talented realtor, but also possesses an honorable, genuine, and kind character. We are so grateful to have had her service during this process and would encourage anyone in the Billings market to work with her to buy a home.

Haven't worked with Alyssa and her team in a while, but I was reminiscing after doing another deal in Utah, and felt I should probably give her and her team some praise for the great work they did (can't say the same for other agents and their teams unfortunately). She's a straight shooter and will hustle to get a deal done. Definitely the best agent I worked with in the Billings area.

This is a lengthy 5+ Star review and provides an accurate and current (March 2025) assessment for what you can expect when working with Alyssa: We first met Alyssa several years ago --after researching neighborhoods in Billings on her YouTube Channel --which is informative and by far the best online resource available for anyone considering a move to Billings or the surrounding smaller towns. Unfortunately at the time of our move in 2022 the relocation company we were assigned to did not have Alyssa’s former real estate firm listed as an approved partner/vendor for our relocation-- thus requiring us to work with a different real estate brokerage firm. When we shared the news with Alyssa --about having to work with a different realtor— she was so gracious despite losing out on a significant commission— which showed a lot of character. We had a positive experience with the Realtor we were assigned in 2022, but when the opportunity presented itself for us to reengage Alyssa we never hesitated. * We could tell she was smart, savvy, and resourceful but in all honesty — she completely outperformed any and all expectations we had and cannot thank her enough * In addition to working hand-in-hand with us every step of the way, managing a seven-figure transaction with an extensive list of details for closing, she showed up 100% of the time positive, supportive, and most importantly she listened to us and where we were in the process and guided us— as if she were put on earth to provide this invaluable service to people like myself and anyone reading this review. * After having this overwhelmingly positive experience, with literally no room for improvement in any category, I just don’t see how 5 Stars is fair because Alyssa is exceptional and deserves the maximum possible rating — above 5 Stars * If you decide to go with Alyssa as a Buyer’s Agent or Seller’s Agent you can take comfort in knowing she is the best of the best and will take care of you

Alyssa is an outstanding realtor. No matter what time of the day or night I contact her, she responds. She is there every step of the way and has great advice. She has even been there after closing when I needed a hand.

Alyssa was not only knowledgeable about the area I purchased a home in, but she was knowledgeable about the builder, the landscaping company, the fact that as a new development she also knew that it was cable ready for internet and TV. She also made sure to attention to detail that I preferred a driveway that faced south (as so the sun hits it during the snow periods). Alyssa was so thorough when it came to closing, working with the title company, and explaining every detail within all of the documents. I would recommend Alyssa to everyone I speak to that wants to buy or sell a home.

We found Alyssa because of her expertise in working with veterans and VA home loans. I am an inexperienced home-buyer, so while I was focusing on astethic details, she was pointing out and advising on things that may be bigger issues down the road or what could possibly be flagged on a VA appraisal. We saw many, many homes and I learned so much from her. Alyssa had a way of easing my anxious mind. She always, always worked around my families' unpredictable schedule and kept in constant communication with me. Alyssa never made me feel like I was asking too much, she always showed up excited to be helping us and I truly know she had our best interest in mind and advised us accordingly. She has amazing connections and worked seamlessly with our lender, home inspector and all other realtors along our journey. Not to mention we had soooo much fun!!!! If you're a veteran in the area she's definitely your gal, and if you're not a veteran... she's still your gal!!!! 10 out of 10. 5 stars.

Alyssa Webb has been amazing throughout the entire process. She has given us nothing but 110% since we made contact to when we closed on a house! She is not pushy. She is patient and uses her experience to help us make the best decisions. We moved across the country and it was not simple in any way. But Alyssa made this as easy for us as she could. Purchasing a house is very stressful. Especially moving from 2300 miles away. If it wasn’t for Alyssa, I don’t think we would have succeeded.
